The Unconscious Mind - Does It Really Exist?
Did you know that you probably only use about 10% of your brain's capacity? That's true, with 90% of your potential as yet untapped. Imagine for a moment what it would be like if you could access even a small portion of that untapped mind power potential.
What is meant by 'power of mind'? There are people who can do this, of course, and scientists have known for quite some time that there are people around who can access their unconscious minds and manifest various abilities, perceptions and strengths. This includes abilities that fall into the range of extrasensory or psychic abilities.
However, these people aren't different or more special than you or I. Instead, we all have the ability to access our unconscious minds such that we can tap into our unique gifts and powers.
What's unfortunate is that most people don't know they have these skills because they're latent. They are in fact within that unused 90% of the brain, yet they are still in existence even though they are not used.
How do you unlock this potential? You access your unconscious mind and find that you have the ability to manifest what you want in life. You may also find that you have other special abilities you didn't know about, such as telekinesis, remote viewing, levitation, precongnition, or many other so-called "supernatural" abilities.
How do you begin to access your unconscious mind so that you do this? Let's take a look.
Affirmations: Your unconscious mind is the power-house of your entire life. Everything you do, every choice you make, it all comes from a thought that originated in your unconscious mind. It's processed and then moved forward to your conscious mind, or the waking portion of your thought patterns, where you act on the information given.
Affirmations work because you can repeat these positive messages or phrases to yourself several times a day, and as you do this, your unconscious mind eventually picks up on what's being said and makes it useful to that unconscious part of your mind that's usually not part of your conscious attention. Your unconscious mind and the affirmation itself work together to make your conscious thoughts and your thought process in general more positive, more in tune with what you want, and more focused as well.
Think carefully about some of the things you say to yourself in your mind right now. The next time you think "I can't afford it" or "I can't lose weight" or "I don't deserve happiness", change that to a positive affirmation so your unconscious mind will begin to make it happen for you.
Visualization is a good way to change your life with your unconscious mind, too. Visualization is daydreaming of a sort, but it's a lot more than that. Visualization happens when you literally picture what you want, versus daydreaming -- which is something you do randomly, with no serious intent that what you see will ever happen.
Practice picturing yourself with the things you want in your life. You could change your entire life, your relationships, your level of abundance simply by visualizing yourself already enjoying the things you want to manifest. Once again your unconscious mind will take up the image and strive to create steps to make them happen for you.
Hypnosis: Hypnosis is perhaps the easiest way to access your unconscious mind. People all over the world have reported very positive results from using hypnosis for losing weight, quitting smoking, increasing self-esteem, attracting success or anything else you want.
Self-hypnosis is a form of hypnosis that can be very easy and very quick; with this, you can develop your own mind powers at your discretion. You can listen to recordings of hypnotherapy sessions and reinforce the affirmations so that they go to your subconscious mind.
